How to Become a Member

Meaning of Membership

We view membership as entering into a covenant with us - a mutual promise of inclusion and respect for all people, and a commitment to support the fellowship both physically and financially.  It is also a willingness to become a part of what William Ellery Channing called "the great family of all souls."

If you're a newcomer, be sure to stop by our Kiosk in the Pete Seeger Gathering Hall following the worship service. Friendly greeters will answer your questions, and provide other information about UUFCO. You may also fill out a visitor information form, sign up for a name tag, and learn about upcoming membership-related classes and which dates they are offered.

Meet The Minister

Monthly after services, we welcome both those new to Unitarian Universalism (UU) and UUFCO to meet our minister, Rev. Antonia Won. During this brief one-hour orientation, you will have the opportunity to get better acquainted with who we are as our minister answers any questions you may have. No prior registration is required.

UUFCO101

If you're enjoying Sunday mornings and wondering how to get more involved in UUFCO, please join us for this membership class (schedule will be posted at the Kiosk). We will provide a brief history of our fellowship and how it has evolved into the vibrant community it is today -- full of rich opportunities to nourish the soul and heal the world through service projects, "good times" activities, and various committees which channel the spirit of who we are. *Prior registration is required.

NEW2UU

Are you ready to learn more about the fascinating history and Seven Principles of Unitarian Universalism? We'll be glad to have you during this class as we explore how the UU faith came to be and why, what it means to us as individuals, as a fellowship, and as a light within the larger community  of our world. *Prior registration is required.

Welcome!

Membership is an ongoing journey of committed connection to the self in community. It is through the spiritual relationships we develop together in fellowship that life's call to love is served. We are delighted you are interested in sharing your heart and mind with UUFCO!
