BEND Magazine—(Winter 2017): Members of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Central Oregon created a new home for their congregation that was designed via inclusion, aimed for sustainability and architectural greatness, and kept the practical needs of their community and Central Oregon in mind. "Our hope is that our message for social justice can be carried into the larger community by people who may come here for another purpose." Since the building's completion in early 2015, it has hosted social justice, community, spiritual and educational groups in addition to musical concerts.  pp 55–58
