During the summer of 2021, the Board of Trustees initiated a series of listening sessions where we learned from congregants what is most important to our fellowship.  Held in the spring of 2022, these listening sessions, which were very dynamic and well-attended, led to the development of the following impact statement and eight ways that effectively serve as our current strategic plan.
