Ground Breaking
On September 13, 2013, nearly two years after the beginning of the New Home Project we gathered at the spot of our future sanctuary to celebrate the occasion. After many speeches and songs, the corners of the future building were blessed with water from our Ingathering Ceremony. In true inclusive spirit of the New Home Project, each person had the opportunity to break ground with one of the many shovels.
